What the 15 September NBS release actually says, paragraph by paragraph: output +5.2%, robots +34.6%, manufacturing investment -2.3%, private investment -10.1%, exports +18.6%. The supply is going abroad, the quotes will stay keen, and the deposit is the thing to protect.
